- Manage & provide technical support, repair, field service, maintenance, electrical wiring, assemble & installation of packaging machineries. - Maintain close working relationship and a good team player with colleagues to ensure customers satisfaction with our after sales services. - Respond to customer service requests to troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline. - Provide timely and accurate external & internal professional technical reports and spare parts inventory. - Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior as and when require.
- To provide general clerical, administrative and sales operational support functions - Basic accounting knowledge in daily operation - Organize & maintain a systematic filing system - Knowledge in packaging machineries added advantage - Other ad-hoc task as required from time to time
